Return Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, gift cards, and undergarments are not eligible for returns.

How to Process a Return

2. Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error occurred on our part.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges
For exchanges, place a new order and initiate a return for the original item.
